Discover Scuba Diving Cenote & Reef

Service Description

We start with a quick and easy introduction to the SCUBA gear and necessary considerations for safe diving at our dive center. Then we go to a majestic freshwater lagoon among the mangroves where we'll practice the basic skills at shallow depths and from there we continue for a tranquil and relaxing dive where sunbeams passing through the root system create a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of light and shadow. Jeweled cichlids, sailfin mollies, tarpon, and a rare mix of other fresh/brackish species all inhabit this unique environment. We then take a 5 minute boat ride out to the shallow reef for a second dive among some of the most pristine coral gardens in the Caribbean, this tour really offers the best of both worlds. To sign up for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. Cancellation Policy

All our prices include taxes and are in US dollars. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules are possible with at least 24hs notice.
